Alzheimers Research UK approached tilt with a specific problem, that of enlightening the public to the lengthy process of drug research and development. They wanted a solution that would actively engage the public and make people sit up and listen.

tilt developed The Lab, which presents the 3 key research stages in a unique and innovative way. The site also makes use of the Facebook API to provide an initial personalised hook, driving home the importance of Alzheimers research.

As designer at tilt, my role was to create infographics and develop the interface.

The site went on to win the AMRC Science Communications Award, as well as an Awwwards Special Mention.
